The Fall

Why you need it to evolve...

There will be times…

When even the most saintly person falls into the depressive cycle of the mind.

This is nothing to be afraid of because, even if you're not a saint, cycles are always temporary. Only you can make them last forever.

What do you do when you've worked so hard to create harmony in your mind and still you're thrust back into the darkest corners of your thoughts?

Accept it.

Realize that every tree must dig its roots deep into the soil beneath it to create the foundation for growth high into the sky.

You are very similar to the tree, with your veins, neurons, lungs, and heart looking almost identical to its physiology.

So like the tree, there's no escape from exploring the abyss within yourself—but that's not a bad thing.

When we accept our cycles of darkness and integrate our shadows into the whole of our character, we truly can harness the power of the parts we once neglected.

As a human being, this cycle of reflecting upon your shadow self is mandatory. How else would you grow to know yourself truly if you try to hide away half of your nature?

Acceptance of your present state of mind allows more energy to flow to you. When the current is clear of friction and obstruction, you can receive the knowledge from within that gives you the gift of clairvoyance.

Clairvoyance is what you're really seeking in this life because it's the intuitive connection that shows you your true path without much effort on your part.

So embrace the fall and make it graceful.

Then you'll see that every drop into darkness is always meant to bestow more wisdom and understanding of the light.

You must be depressed, then compressed, to finally rise and shine into the diamond you were always meant to be.
